I need a answer super quick on this

We are trying to get a home loan and been working with someone...we paid off some collections etc. and our guy wants to wait until 16th to repull scores..he says that the bureaus update scores on the 15th. Is this true? I am trying to get a answer if we might be able to get a home loan because if not I have a opportunity to contract deed a house that I really love and do not want to lose it to someone else buying it. ( It is for sale) .I thought your score fluctuated through out month as changes take place such as balance changes.

Not necessarily true. While you easily may have an account or two update on the 15th, I've had positive accounts update at all times of the month and baddies change or drop at all times of the month. In fact, nost of my score changes have been on the first of each month as accounts age by 1 month, AAoA changes, etc.

If you lender doesn't want to pull, you can always pull via myFICO to at least get a score idea for EQ and TU.

That is what I thought. I don't see why it makes much of a difference....I don't think there is going to be a big point change from the scores I have pulled this week and besides our score is high 600's  anyways.  I really just don't want to drag this out any longer than I have too.
