Just wanted to provide some info for those looking at data points. I previously had 2 inquiries on EX (9/2016 & 1/2018) and TU (both 9/2016)
I'm re-financing my home which changed the total inquiries to 3 for both CRA. This caused both scores to decrease by 1 point today. Not much but just in case this is a threshold. Not sure age of inquiry matters since 2 from TU will fall off in a couple of months but 1 of the previous 2 for EX is only 6 months old.
EQ only had 1 (9/2016) but will now have 2. Haven't received an alert from them as of yet but we'll see if going from 1 to 2 will make a difference.
