Lose of AAOA does hurt your score?

Within the last 3 or so months, two of my store cards were closed by the credit grantor, for none use. No offense taken, of course. The next day I check my scores on CCC and my Experian goes down 5 points, not large but it did happen 2 days after the card was closed. Any chance the point lose and lose of AAoA is connected?

Closing of the cards does not immediately impact AAoA, as long as the accounts still show on the report.   Score may go down a few points for utilization, as your total CL is now less.
