Discover secured card now shows a 753 Fico from Transunion. No Fico before because I had no open credit on file. Is it safe to apply for a Amazon credit card?
Wow. Nice.
Well it's never "safe" but might as well give it a shot.
I would make sure you're reporting to EQ/EX as well.
Direct w/ Experian you can get your Fico for free or opt for their 3B report / scores for $1 and get all 3 of them.
Chase is known to double pull 2 out of the 3 CRA's when applying for new credit.
Also, Chase is know to like seeing at least 12 months of history prior to approval in most cases.

I didn't think OP was talking about the Chase Amazon Visa. Yes it would be premature for OP to apply for the Chase card.
I thought OP was referring to the Amazon store card issued by Synchrony.

So that's your only open credit account? On a super thin file such as that, I'd probably suggest holding out on apps until your account ages a bit more outside of perhaps another secured card like Capital One that would be a sure approval.
