Great news! What are your rates looking like if you don't mind sharing?

I recently was quoted 2.75 for 30 year fixed at 740+ mid score or 2.85 and 700-739. 0 pts.

Unfortunately the broker I was working with hit a stumbling block and they've stopped writing loans in Arkansas.  I suspect it's COVID related.  I've reached out to a local credit union to see if I have any other avenues.
