only have on credit card at 2% and installment loans with student loans and a car payment.
I have 4 months to get it up. Time since deliquincey is a year
In December I can call transunion to for an early exclusion on the only collection I have on the report.
Any other suggestions?

1. If you only have one credit card, and it's reporting utilization of 2%, then your revolving utilization is optimized.
2. You can try to get rid of the negative(s).
3. If it's doable to pay one of your installment loans down to zero, try that.

The student loans are all separately reported, would paying off some of the lower amounts help or is it view as one?

They're viewed as separate loans. So paying off one or more would reduce your "accounts with balance" which can help your mortgage scores
