I see this on my scores for a few variations
There are no recent balances on your revolving and/or open-ended accounts.
In my case ... it is a lie. I have $3k/$80K on one card, and $1200/$15k on another, than $41/$35k on a 3rd. Seems like fico cannot count today ..

There are certain kinds of accounts that get ignored by FICO algorithms in calculating utilization factors.
Your $80k card is probably one of those; if the limit is higher than a certain amount some FICO algorithms ignore that account. Don't ask me why.
Your $35k card might or might not be in that category as well.
There are also reports of store cards being ignored, and of certain credit union cards being ignored.
If you provide more detail, some folks might be able to pinpoint the issues.
Here's a thread a while back about your situation. And @SouthJamaica even posted in it.
The $80k is a Navy CC, $35K is Chase Visa, and the $15K is Alliant Visa. I did think the Navy card could have been exempt, but not the alliant.

Well here's a possible explanation.
1. Navy -- limit too high.
2. Chase -- may have posted zero balance intra cycle when payment came in.
3. Alliant -- maybe Alliant is one of those credit unions that get excluded
