Experian the last 10 days:
"oh, card 1 balance went from $56 to $0? Here's +13 pts"
"Card 2 balance went from $2400 to $0? 0 points for you!"
" card 3 balance decreased from $2300 to $0? Again 0 points for you!"
"Card 4 balance went from $9400 to $0? Yep, u guessed it, we have no points for you"
"Oh, we did see your balance on card 5 went from 39% to 9%, so we voted to slide you +2 points".
lol. To be fair, Experian is consistently about 10-12 pts behind Trans and Equifax, all scores 800+ but dang, slide me a point every now and then.
My EX 8 has been stuck within a 5 point range for months while EQ and TU bounce up and down like crazy. I appreciate it staying steady when the others are taking a hit, but it's frustrating that positive behavior also leads to no rewards.
I fully feel your frustration on the lack of EX love.
My EX score was stuck at 737 for over 6 months -and- even when I reduced by utilization from 19% to 4% . . . nothing -but- when my last CO purged, my score increased by 78 points to 815 -then- I lost 3 points due to an inquiry and new account added . . . So my EX score is finally at 812 and I'm doing the Happy Dance.
