Optiumum statement/due date or strategy around credit reporting

Anybody got an optimum strategy for credit reporting?

I'm just wondering how someone can take advantage of AZEO and Credit reporting (monthly/quarterly) fall on the most optimal timing? I'm noticing around the 20th is a good time to pay off and optimize for a better snapshot for credit agencies for reporting? anybody else got any ideas?

Re: Optiumum statement/due date or strategy around credit reporting

If it is easier to remember your due dates and statement cut dates, then that would be the only strategy.  The only oddball that I had to change was US Bank.  They report whatever your current balance is on the last business day of the month regardless of when your due date or statement cut date is.  I requested that my due date be the 28th of the month so if I need that card to show a zero balance, I only need to make 1 payment compared to multiple payments when my orginal due date was the in the middle of the month.

I wouldn't recommend using the Chase card in your signature as your AZEO card.  If you pay it to zero, they will report it immediately.
