Re: Our Forums' FICO High Achievers: Who has at least one FICO Score of 760 or above?

MY Ex does not hate me she is rich as all get out. Her daddy left her a ton and a beach house too. I should have stayed with that woman. Good looking too.  As far as FICO. I have worked by butt off last 2 years. sometimes 48 hours overtime in 2 weeks. My FICO was 650 last week just jumped to 695 and I just paid all but one credit card off and left less than 9 % on it. I hope that will give me at least a 720 next week when they report.  The other jump was a collection I had worked on for 6-8 months and convinced the hospital they had coded something wrong as my insurance paid everything. They knew I was right but they did not know how to get it off so thanks to this board I told them to contact equifax directly and stop going through the collection agency. The agency had turned me down on it several times.

Starting FICO Score 2007: >> >> 533 -- God those were some Dark Days !!
Current >>>> 9-29-15 - (Experian 800 FICO-8 - (Equifax 798) - ( Transunion 808 )FICO Goals: 820-830 For all 3 or above
Ultimate Fico 850 x 3 Even if for a week Just to say I crawled out of the sewer and trust me it was the pits. I could not borrow a cent

Just about there: TU has me at 755
I will be bringing down my percentages further in order to rise up to the 760+ Goal.

Oh yeah! AMEX inquiry rolls off at the end of Nov. too. Should help boost up those extra points.

Just recently hit 800 on EX 08. Shocked by it because my AAoA with EX is 4 years, while the other 2 are 6 years. Didn't think anyone could get that high with that low of an AA.

Myfico scores.....
EX... 805 (11-10-13)
EQ... 810 (12-02-13)
TU... 810 (12-02-13)

Yeah, I see that about TU. My TU has the best report but lowest score.......more TL's, no inquiries, very long account history, great mix, etc. It's literally perfect, but has the lowest score......crazy...

My EX has less TL's, short history, inquiries, and highest score.........what? LOL

Myfico scores.....
EX... 805 (11-10-13)
EQ... 810 (12-02-13)

I'm not quite as high but I can basically corroborate your experience.  My AAoA is only a bit over 3 years, with only 2 credit card accounts reporting (and they're the only accounts I've ever had).  TransUnion FICO 08 Bankcard is up to 794 now, which, like you, I'm shocked by.  I think that's my plateau because I don't think I could optimize my utilization any better than I did for that last report period.

I never would have thought someone with my thin profile could even get close to 800.  The only thing that's changed since I was in the 670-690 range is my utilization.

It will go down from here because I've recently added a new acccount, and I'm running a balance on it.  But if there's anything I've learned, at least for my profile, it's that utilization is *Everything*.

It's odd though - I made a spreadsheet of my reported balances over the months, and corresponding FICO scores, trying to see the pattern.  Well the pattern is definitely there, but the scores for a given util % have some inconsistencies.  There were no other variables I can think of, so it's a bit strange.  Almost like FICO got "used" to me having a certain balance and stopped hitting me as hard for it.. but I've always read that FICO has no memory.
