Yes, its a real FICO.
After having a secured card for a year, I applied for my first unsecured. I didn't know how to optimize my FICO score beforehand.
I got the card with a 732 FICO score. So yes that score is possible. Of course, my score plummeted quickly when I applied for additional cards...
