A late only 9 months ago is still a significant drag on your score. It not only puts the ceiling on your score, but then opens up wild swings. 69 seems really wild, but that AU card is also still suspect.

Sorry for the bad news, but closing a card with a late does not remove the late from score impact. It will age and have less effect, but for now, it’s there.

I am pretty sure I figured out the issue old chargeoffs were updated monthly and showing balances now because still with the original creditors. they all of the sudden decided they would update monthly as lates and show the balances. So I am sure FICO is nailing me now.
