Pen Fed gave me a 2.74% rate for a 4 year used car auto loan.

I guess the balance of the loan (currently 100% utilization) offsets any benefits of have the installment loan until I get the balance down.
Sidebar: I got my 3B reports and went through the simulations and in a month I should get an increase of 10 points. This could be do to other factors, but at lease Im the lost points plus 3 back.
