Well - I had paid down quite a bit of my credit cards, and then made my util to less than 30% on an open line and the other cards zero or very low balances. I noticed after I pulled my report, that the open line showed the new balance, along with some of the credit cards still showing the old balance (which had been paid off). Hopefully it'll go down soon!
