Strange score at Nissan Dealership

So my current Transunion FICO score is 735.  Auto enhanced (per myfico) is 742 (TU08)  and 663(TU04).

Traded in my old Nissan for a 2016 model and signed the lease.  All was well, but when I met with the finance mgr and they gave me my score, it was 638?!?!? Despite that low score (Tier 3), I qualified for Nissan best financing (Tier 1)? I asked the finance manager what was up with that, and she said she had no idea, but when they sent my info to NMAC, I qualified for Tier 1.  I guess I'm not complaining, but it was a little jarring seeing my score so low (haven't been in the 630s in a few years.

Anyone know where such a low score would come from?  Is there an older version than TU04 still being used out there?

Re: Strange score at Nissan Dealership

Likely an internal scoring from Nissan or it could one of the other CRAs used instead of Fico8 or Fico4 or Fico Auto

Edited: oh and some other scoring models use 250 to 900 or another range
