TU wants BK papers

I had a BK 6 years ago and the account is showing duplicate as BK and showing again as CO.  I disputed this info with all, but TU sent me a letter wanting my discharge papers.  Am I required to submit them or do they need to remove it?  What suggestions do you have?

They can request proof tht it was included in BK if the creditor is insisting that it is not.  Either way one of the two notations needs to be removed.
