The lien is an unfortunate situation. my company was going bust, and we didn't make some of the payroll tax payments. as a responsible officer, i was assesed the taxes, so it is for a hefty amount that i have been paying monthly. i have a long way to go on that...maybe 6 years left, so i don't think its realistic for me to expect that to be cleared up any time soon. i am just doing the best i can do.
