What is the biggest part of your credit card Fico score?

After digging around in these forums it seems to be inquiries. I have some sub prime cards and am itching to get rid of them. Especially verve card with their ten dollar a month and 100 annual fee.

Percentage of debt to available credit and payment history

Rebuild started in 2014  -  $100k unsecured credit in 2017  -  $500k unsecured credit in 2024.
