Re: When does your FICO score from Citi update?

Well, my score finally updated. Effective date of the 26th, new score posted today. It seems possible that your corrected issue may have made the cut.

Re: When does your FICO score from Citi update?

Still no score on my account.  I was in contact with a very helpful person from the EO over the course of a couple of weeks a few times, but she has ceased communication completely.  I've left her messages as well as sent her a letter proving the name on my credit report matches what Citi has on my account and she hasn't even contacted me back.  I feel like at this point Citi is sort of washing their hands of my ever getting a credit score and getting my account to report to TU as well.

Mine was also effective the 26th, but I don't think I actually saw the update until the 11th or the 12th like you.

I checked my account on the 11th and the web site displayed a refreshed score that had not been there when last checked back on the 3rd. Hovering over the score dot displayed an "as of 9/26" date.

It looks like lag time for display refresh after rescore is 10 to 15 business days depending on the month.

Is it the same time every month for you and if so when?  When I asked CS they said it updates at the "beginning of the month for everyone" but I would have thought it follows the statement closing date, or something specific to the actual account.  Thank you.

Interesting? I have 2 Citi cards. One (AA) closes around the 3rd if it doesn't fall on a weekend. The second (Costco) around the 8th if its not on a weekend.
