I have been waiting sooooo long for this. I now have an average score of 771 and a middle score of 787  

Now the only way to drive up my EX is to pay down the HELOC which EX insists is a CC.

But I might PIF my new AMEX and then we shall see what we shall see about the LUV button - a 50 point increase should be good for a few tho on the CL.

Of course, this is assuming that the Collection stays off!!

I had a baddie get removed early from EX today as well-

Ok I could not wait-
Net Gain 6 points after this baddie and two hard INQ's.
So the though that a 60 that is nearly 7 years old does not affect you score much is BS.

More on the cost of a nearly 7 year oild collection collection.

For me on EX - 49 points

For DW on EQ - 56

Just checled DW's EX report (joint collection it was).  Score up 51 points
