I have inactive accout for more than 4 year with CL $350...will it lower my FICO score if I closed it?
Assuming you have a sufficient number of other credit cards (call it 3 for the sake of the discussion) not immediately no unless it changes your overall revolving utilization numbers, and I suspect from your question it does not. FICO AAoA calculates on both open and closed accounts so no ding there.
What closing an account does do is starts the 10 year clock on it's aging off your credit report. If you have a thinnish file that might hurt you down the road; but even with my compartively limited file (8 CC's, 2 open installment loans, two closed installment loans) I wouldn't blink at closing a card I wasn't using at all especially if it had an AF on it... and I'm a big proponent of simply doing the minimum to keep tradelines open forever when possible.
