Go WAY into debt with a house. Bank assures me I can move my family in, stay there, they'll put some kinda thingee on my credit reports that says I'm mostly an alright sorta guy, most days, and I only have to send a monthly stipend, via wire transfer, to the Foreign Minister of Nigeria.

you know the foreign minister of nigeria?  well, he died last week.  his widow sent me an email offering 30 percent of his fortune.  i may be your new landlord.
