Cannot get my Equifax information

I am enrolled in the Ultimate 3B Monthly Reports and for months now MyFico has not been able to generate Equifax for me.  This has been going on for months but I just haven't bothered to look into it.  I can log in directly to Equifax just fine and see my data.  There is no freeze or fraud locks.

I'm sorry you're having trouble.

 

If you'll give myFICO Customer Service a call they should be able to assist you with the problem.  They can be reached at 1-800-319-4433 (Mon - Fri 6am to 6pm Pacific Time, Sat 7am to 4pm Pacific Time).
