Html error when changing signature image

lol. It's funny to watch them playing with this issue. I am a new member with almost 1300 posts.  I saved a screen capture of it but can't post it because of this issue. lol

Are you able to post it now?   Admin should have corrected this, but it might have happened after your post.

At risk of stating the obvious, there is a larger issue with the ranks that seems to be at the heart of this.   A service ticket has been submitted on this, so hopefully this will get resolved soon.

I just tried to update some info in my signature, and I'm getting the same error. Funny thing is..... I can refresh the page and my original, working html is there, but when I try to save that.... i get the error, lol. My signature remains the same, even though I get an error when I try to save that code. My rank hasn't changed in a few months.

I'm having this error as well, I can't update my signature without everything but the credit scores being chopped out.

Could someone change the Double Cash image to https://www.citi.com/CRD/images/card_no_reflection/citi-thankyou-premier-credit-card.jpg

and change the title accordingly? "Citi ThankYou Premier"

Hi, this is happening to me too. I can't add any html to my signature. A mod had to add the seedling for me. But me, on my own, I cannot add anything to my signature. Instead, I receive the following error: invalid html. Though I know my html is valid(I am a software engineer).
