Signatures cut off at he bottom

I've started noticing that on several posts in the past few days. Maybe it just happens to the long winded who have too much in their signatures???

lol --I've seen it on a few users as well, although when I checked with other members, they said that they could see the whole thing. I figured it was a Mac issue, but maybe not.

If you're reading older posts by someone who is now a mod, only the top three lines or so of their siggy will display on posts that they made in their pre-mod days.

I have the same experience with two other members' signatures, and I have no idea why.

If I hit Reply I can see the entire signature but not when I look at the original post. That is strange.

I'm glad it wasn't my eyes.

OK, here's the word from mod-moose (our newest Lithium mod) via her techie:

It might be your browser zoom. (Huh?) Pull up a thread with one of the posts with the shortened siggy so that you can see the signature itself, and click Ctrl + and Ctrl -. (Mysteriously, you don't have to use the shift key to access the + sign. Just hit the = / + key while holding down the Ctrl key.) The + should make text larger, and the - should make it smaller.

Does either make the full siggy appear?

If not, mod-moose asked that you pm her. (I hope that link worked to start a pm. If not, just type her name in.)

Thanks for contacting her. I tried that with two different threads from txjohn and BungalowMo but it didn't help. It would zoom as promised but the cut off lines were still missing. They were just cut off BIGGER!!!!!!!!
