What Happened to the Reply Button?

Can't reply to any messages, because there is no reply button.  What happended to it all of a sudden?

Well, I see it is on this forum, but it does not appear in the Garden Club forum.

If you are trying to reply to Sept GC its been locked the new October one is running now. Threads that have been locked by a mod or admin dont have reply buttons
