What causes my posts to bounce?

I must be doing something wrong?  The post "bounces" back to the start.  I feel like a critter chasing it's tail.  lol

Are you referring to typing a post and the cursor moves back to the beginning? If so, I find it annoying too, but there's a fix. When you start or reply to a post you'll see the text box. On the lower right hand corner you'll see 3 diagonal lines. Move your mouse pointer over those lines and your mouse pointer will turn into a diagonal arrow. Click those lines and you can expand the text box to make it bigger. When you type, you'll find that the problem goes away.

BTW, there's probably more technical lingo than what I used, but I hope you got the idea.
