I was told I could log in as part of my hubbys platimum package to view my credit report and packages but since I've used this years ago the system won't let me log in. Please help.
Have you tried contacting myFICO Customer Care? They'll be able to provide you with your login ID and a new password. Let us know if you continue to have difficulty.
