Okay, someone help me figure this out.
I have not received an alert since May 16.
I have changed my settings to both the current score and 1 point higher, Still Nothing!
I have 3 New Inquiries in the past 3 weeks.
I was thinking that I should have received an alert for the Inquiries no matter what setting I have.
Is there a trick to get these alerts or will I need to order a new report?
I called myfico customer service and complained I didn't receive an alert for an inquiry too. She gave me a free credit report and saw there was a recent inquiry from 06/08. She will notify the software developement team.
My new EQ score didn't change with the new inquiry though. That's a good thing!
Well, I just called Customer Service and the CSR said that he didn't see any "hard" inquiries and that I won't get an alert unless they were hard.
I informed him that I do know for a fact via pulling my Equifax report this morning that I actually have 4 "hard" inquiries.
He said that he did not understand why I did not receive an alert, but, to contact him if they show up when I pull a new report!!!
Well, he did not offer a "freebie" so I will have to wait week or so longer when I know my balances are updated before I pay for a new report.
I read Barry's post yesterday stating there is a problem with the alert system and they are working on it.
Okay, I finally got an alert today (-15) 06/19/2009 for an account balance increase from the 06/03/2009 and it also said a new account has been added!
Still some bugs......... as I haven't had a new account posted.... yet,
but, I do have inquiries (there's actually 4)....no mention of them...yet!!!!
I'm still not pulling my report until all balances are reporting the PIF
I did pull TU, score is now 753, some balances still not updated
