Hello, I received the following alerts 

"You have an updated score!

An account was removed

Change in accounts past due

Negative information removed"

When I look at my scores, I do not see what accounts this alert is referring to? What account was removed? What negative information was removed?? How did my score change? 

I don't understand why we get the alerts if the website won't provide any other information?

Which plan are you on?  When you login to the site and look at the alert does it give you detail?  Experian and Equifax provide good detail on accounts in their alers.  Transunion is very generic.  But once you look at the other two and can match the dollar amounts you know which account caused movement in Transunion.
