I just recently came across this, basically when someone is looking to sign up for a MF package and they click on how it works one of the points they see is pictured below.  This is misleading [potential] customers right out of the gate.  The very first sentence is inaccurate.  It states that you're provided with monitored changes to your credit score, when it should read credit report.  It then goes on to say score monitoring (really report monitoring) helps you to see how credit changes affect your score.  This is suggestive of course that the alert changes provided are in fact the reasons for score changes... which is the correlation that customers should not be making and the entire point of this thread.

 

More or less, customers are being set up for failure out of the gate based on what this image below states:
