I have been a MyFico user and subscriber for quite awhile and I am used to how the updates work. I have learned there is a fairly regular pattern of alerts I see each month and until my last quarterly re-subscription the updates and alerts were coming as expected.
And then since my last paid report came out NOTHING. Not one update or alert. I know all of the answers about triggers, and so on.
If I could show you my alert history you would see that I have never seen a period of NO ACTIVITY like I am seeing now.
There is something wrong with the service that I pay too much for. At this time I could not recommend anyone paying what I pay a month for this service and I will be cancelling my monthly subscription.
