App and website showing score and alerts up to 31 Aug 16 now, what gives?

I last used your Andriod app in August but I changed my password after that so I could not log in.

I logged into the app today and it should my alerts and scores from 31 Aug 16. 

I logged into myFICO from my desktop comp and it too shows scores and alerts from 31 Aug 16 and nothing sooner.

I cannot see any of my reports that I ordered after 31 Aug either.

I have used the main website often over the last week so what gives?

My credit went back in time!

I was able to get everything fixed by talking to a FICO supervisor who had to manually send me a change password request.

I also had to clear the cache on my phone for the FICO app then I had to uninstall it.

Still, no idea how this happened.
