CONFUSED! with SW

I began my SW account with a 598 Score.  I have been alerted twice with a score increase to 605 then to 607.  I got results from a dispute today that I had a couple accounts update with better information and 2 accounts that I was AU which were CO were deleted.  I also know that I had a Chase CO that was deleted after a GW letter I wrote.  So in my dumb need to do things RIGHT NOW! I pulled a Score Power and got an update Equifax report.  Both AU accounts are gone, the Chase is gone, the accounts have been updated.  The kicker is my score says 598 still????????????  

I am confused.  Yesterday the SW alert said my score was 607 so why isn't it updated on the Score Power I pulled?  Why wouldn't I see a little bit of an increase with all that has happened in the past week?

Hi tooliebell,

We show that you've been sent 5 SW alerts since you enrolled on 4/26, including an alert you should have received today indicating your score has dropped back down to 598 from 607 yesterday.  Hard to say why it went up and then back down, but keep in mind that simply reducing the number of CO's won't necessarily help your score if the most recent ones still remain.

Don't despair, though.  With the passage of time and adding some positive credit you should start seeing a steady increase in your score.  Good luck!
