Cancellation was scheduled for yesterday May 16 has not processed

 

Hi there,

 

A couple of weeks ago, I canceled myFICO Advanced subscription (so I can upgrade to

primier). It's been saying that my cancellation is scheduled for May 16, but when I check this morning (the 17th)-- it's still saying that! Any thoughts??
