Hmm... disappointing to see this thread with so little response. I was going to provide similar feedback. For one, clearing alerts is a huge pain and that alone decreases their value drastically. The other issue is the sheer number of pointless alerts coming in. I don't need an email because the balance changed on one of my accounts. Doesn't that seem like that's how accounts work? At this point, the alerts being sent are just noise and if they were to identify any real issue, I'd likely gloss right over them and not even notice. Is that not half the value of paying for this service? Seeing as this thread is nearly a year old and we've still seen no improvement, I'll have to strongly consider if paying for this product is worthwhile.
