Same issue with me. I am waiting until 2 of my cards that are paid off report before I get my monthly scores so that I can see if there is an impact on my mortgage score. I'm applying next month. The cards are showing paid elsewhere and were reported this past Friday.

Starting Score: EQ - 691; TU - 726; EX - 711
Current Score: EQ - 691; TU - 726; EX - 711
Goal Score: EQ - 780; TU - 780; EX - 780

Mortage Middle Score: Starting - 682; Current - 682; Goal - 740

10 DAYS SINCE MY EQ SCORE CHANGED AND myFICO STILL HASNT UPDATED

Being that I only have a balance on 2 accounts, does this mean that myFICO will only update twice a month ???????????????????????

Your business model needs to be tweeked

Seriously, why have a feedback section if no one responds?

My grilled salmon was badly overcooked at Olive Garden and they were gracious enough to give me a $25 gift certificate. ijs

myFICO has been trying to figure this out.  No answers yet.  Without going into any detail, myFICO is stepping up to the plate to help me out.
