Absolutely terrible.
with myfico if you don't pay, you don;t have access. I didn't renew in november, funds were tight.
renewed on december 8th
go to get my new updated report today, as soon as it updates I lose access with a demand for payment.
december 8th to december 17th is 9 DAYS, I do believe a month is 30. I am not paying 39.99 for 9 days of service.

did you pause the subscription or did myfico try to pull from your card that declined?

Based on your message, you're facing a frustrating situation with MyFICO. You renewed your subscription for $39.99 on December 8th but lost access on December 17th and were prompted to pay again, just nine days later. This seems to be a billing error or a system bug, as a monthly subscription should last 30 days. You should contact MyFICO's support team directly, providing them with your payment date, to resolve the issue and regain access for the full month you paid for.
