I Am Supposed to Get A Free Report Update Today

I'm supposed to get a free report update today however it says that i have to pay for a new report. Do i need to wait until it updates or am i to request a new report? How do i know I wont be charged for a new report?

Does it say "new report available" or terms like that. I can't remember the exact terminology. You will have to request it but you will not be charged for it.

You get notified on the right side of the dashboard if you have a new report. 

In the beta, you'll see an alert indicator in the nav to notify that you have a report available on the reports page

It just says next report available 1/27/21 and when I go to get new report it looks like I will be charged. It has my credit card info and everything.

Here's what it would look like if you needed to purchase it. I thought the same thing as you did the first time I was ready for a new report because it does kind of look like it's going to charge you but it will not.

It should actually look like this if you have an available report to update. There could be a delay sometimes.
