Inquiry not on officail credit report but is on MYFICO

I have a situation. I checked myfico equifax and an inquiry popped up for an auto loan that I never done. And when I tried to dispute it on the equifax website the inquiry was not there. I called myfico and they told me to wait til equifax report to them again and it's been since September 23 of this year. I have checked all my credit bureau for the inquiry and none have it listed but it's still on the Myfico. Has this ever happen to anyone? And how can I fix this? My score went don't 17 point because of the inquiry.

Make a copy of the MyFico report that shows the inquiry and file a dispute thru the mail.  Send the dispute form along with a copy of the MyFico report certified mail, return receipt requested.
