Checked my Member Center this morning and it states I have "+5" on my Equafax and "+2" on Experian but the scores haven't moved. Also my Experian is -3 points than what it was as of last Monday and Equafax is -1 point from what it was. No alerts for any of the changes.

I ordered a 3B report but it said it was taking longer than usual. I went back to my member center and nothing is updated.

Yes. Now I got an alert 2 days ago saying my TU increased by 3 points, but my TU score on the dashboard hasn't moved. And the 3 scores on top of the alerts page are all blank.
as of 1/31/2021 its still not working right.
2/24/21 Many score changes/updates on TU and EX... EQ still stuck and broke...same alerts... no movement!

Same here ... however, now in addition to EQ stuck and not updating, updates to scores for TU and EX are not being reflected in the dashboard scores. I got a notification that my TU and EX scores have changed. However, the circles at the top of the dashboard are still showing the old scores.
For 40 bucks a month, this is unacceptable!
