Monthly 3B report failure

I initiated a new 3B report via myFICO and this month it failed to fetch my experian report, although there hasn't been any problem updating dashboard scores prior to this via the myFICO monitoring...

The various explanations were understandable but I'm guessing it was some sort of technical issue fetching the experian report -- it was like 4:00am and figure maybe there was some maintenance going on or something as none of the other explanations seemed likely.

So, should I expect any sort of re-try on the report for the $39.xx monthly or some sort of compensation?

Re: Monthly 3B report failure

Much appreciated.

I'll call and find out how they handle such anomaly.

The dashboard did seem to sync with some new inbound experian data (alert) .. at least for score.. Features which rely on experian report data however is somewhat broken.

Re: Monthly 3B report failure

Calling customer service yielded a gratis single report for experian.

The single report however will apparently remain in the myFICO report history for ~30 days since it's a 1-off which apparently has limited life Vs the subscription provided reports.

Re: Monthly 3B report failure

Hi @DONZI -- We noticed your post and just had a quick comment from the product team.

If you have active subscription, your Experian 1B report should *not* expire after 30 days.  As long as you have an active subscription, reports  will not expire – that includes reports provided as part of a subscription and one-off reports.

Re: Monthly 3B report failure

@FICO_Admin  - thanks for the correction on that 1-off report.

The information about the 1-off report was volunteered to me on the phone, I am glad to hear it will persist with an active subscription.

Do existing subscription reports also persist if pausing a subscription?

@DONZI

Yes, we persist existing subscription reports through a pause. The reports are purged only if you cancel the subscription
