Myfico pay to use any part of the site?

I sign in and it will not let me go anywhere unless I restart a 29.99 subscription. I had to leave, search for myfico in google to get here after signing in. Trust me, that is not a way to retain users.

myFICO is a paid product, but the forums are free. You should sign in through the forums to avoid being in the member center. https://ficoforums.myfico.com/

If you login and see the dashboard, there should be a link to the community. This is true if you are visiting from a computer web browser.

But in some cases if the width of the window is small (particularly when browsing from phone), the dashboard can look like this. The left sidebar does not have the link to community. Maybe the link can be added there but I would be fine with simply going to the forum directly.
