NFCU Go not updating on EX

I notice my NFCU Go account shows up on my fico reports but dont update in my alerts etc but does monthly for EQ and TU. Paid 5,000 down, got alerts for TU an d EQ but nothing again on EX. Havent for many months. I save all my alerts.  Even if I didnt get a score boost, it should still show the balance change. What can I do to fix that?

Thats not it, has been set for a long time. I reached out to support and was told it is between nfcu and EX.
