No Scorewatch alerts since 5/19/09 - what do I do???

I haven't had a scorewatch alert since 5/19/09. Usually I would recevie notification about every 10 days saying no change in score or increase in score, et cetera. Nothing at all. I've changed my address and account balances have changed and still no alerts. This product really seems to be malfunctioning. I dont want to cancel, but if its not going to work, what's the use? Does anyone know how to report this to try to get it fixed? I looked for a contact number in the support section but didnt see one. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
