Not getting reports due to CR freeze

Hello!
I froze my CR's and today got my 3B report. The car tells me to log out and order them and use the access code she gives me.... Problem there is no where to put the access code and when I (A) try to enter my info it tells me I already have an account and when I (B) enter my log in info it tells me I already ordered my reports within the last 24 hours and empties my cart! Iam at a loss! Where/How do I use the access code?

Perhaps customer service can use the access code to push it through?
