Pathetic...

I signed up to see if this would be a service that would be worth it to me. After determining that it wouldn't be I decide to cancel. Instead of cancelling online you have to call to cancel. I have now been on hold for 20 minutes. If you are reading this find another service that is more customer friendly as this process is insane...
