Purchased 3B report but still not showing up

In the past it seemed like it typically took 20 minutes or so.

This morning I ordered a new 3B report, after making purchase it said it may take longer than expected.

Its been about an hour and a half now.

How long should I expect to wait? Is this length of time normal?

Same issue here.  Purchased it yesterday and still nothing shows- dashboard, alerts, scores... nothing.  I sent an email to support they closed it as "resolved" LOL when they basically replied they can't help and to call.  Thinking of getting a refund, this site seems less than reliable especially with everything I've been reading in this forum on issue after issue without resolution or support from their staff.  Wish I had an answer for you. Hope you had success getting it to work.
