Score Power Report - Getting An Error Message

For the last 2 hours, everytime i try to pull a EQ Score Power Report I get the followin message:

Our apologies, an error has occurred...Invalid Error code.

Called customer service & they said to wait 24 hours and try it again.....but I really need my EQ FICO Score....any thoughts?
