Score Watch - What's watched?

I just received a Score Watch 'no changes' email for this past week. And yet during this past week, CKarma, Chase, CapOne and Ex (all free services) have responded to balance changes and a new revolver reporting to the bureaus.

And I know that my FICO score has fluctuated throughout the week.

So just what is Score Watch watching?
